SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are posted directly to the customer once placed. These are shipped first class or recorded depending on the size of the order. Once your order goes to print your will be sent tracking details and will be kept in the loop on when to expect items.
Return & Exchange Policy
As items are personalised we do have a no return policy. Please see Store Policy for more information. Clients are sent a PDF of the stationery before anything is printed and are required to sign off before print to ensure no mistakes are made.
If items are damaged upon receipt photographic evidence of this needs to be supplied. Once received replacements will be made and sent asap.
